- (06/23/04, Wednesday) The complete semester grades are available
from the Discussion Board page.
- (06/21/04, Monday) As of 3pm this afternoon, all reports are
received. They are now being grades. The semester grades are expected
to be out by Tuesday morning.
- (06/21/04, Monday) Correction: I'll be around June 21, 23, 24, and
25 (mon, wed, thu, and fri) the lunch hours for report pickups, lab demos,
and grade discussions.
- (06/21/04, Monday) I am still awaiting team 1, 4, and 5's
project reports.
- (06/21/04, Monday) The letter grades of the submitted reports
are coming up around lunch time.
- (06/18/04, Friday) The semester grades will be out by next Monday.
You'll have 3-day time to appeal if there's any problem. We'll submit
the grades to the university by June 25.
- (06/18/04, Friday) I'll be around June 21-25 during the lunch
hours (mon-wed, fri) if you have any questions on the grades or if
you'd like to pick up the
commented reports and the evaluations of your presentations.
- (06/14/04, Monday) FYI. The location of the final presentations
will be in the regular lecture room: EE 104.
- (04/30/04, Friday) There'll be a slight change of plan on
the syllabus. In view that we'll need to tcpdump the dummynet
labs, the dummynet lectures and tcpdump lectures will switch. Next week's
lecture will be on tcpdump and libpcap.
- (04/23/04, Friday) The sample solutions of the ns-2 lab
2 and 3 are now available from the individual lab pages accessible
from the ns-2 tutorial
page. Click on the lab number on the lab page.

Term Project page whether my interpretation of
your project title is appropriate.

the Term Project page. Captain of
Team 8, please send me an email to settle the meeting time.

schedule a time to meet up per team.
- (04/09/04, Friday) For the ns-2 labs next week, you need to
bring along your laptop. Please make sure that you have Xwindows and
networking capability on your FreeBSSD. In case your
FreeBSD is at a remote site, please be sure that you install tools like
vnc to enable the viewing
of Xwindows on your laptop.
- (04/09/04, Friday) Please be reminded that the project
proposal will be due next week.
- (03/23/04, Tuesday) Next week will be an introduction to ns-2.
A week after that will be ns-2 lab#1. Please be sure to bring along your
laptop running FreeBSD with Xwindows and wireless networking
capability. We will start from downloading the source code to executing
sample simulations.

is due in 2 weeks.

- (03/17/04, Wednesday) After giving it another thought, I decided
to replace paper #2 of the 'Internet dynamics' bunch. Please note the change
on the Reading List page.
If you have already started reading the replaced paper -- about modeling
routing stability, good for you. If not, you're better off spending
time reading the new one.
- (03/15/04, Monday) To assist you in writing good paper review,
the grading criteria are added to the
Paper Reviews page.
- (03/15/04, Monday) Please note that the project team captains
need to submit, via email to Polly, the list of team members's names and
student IDs by this Friday.
- (03/15/04, Monday) The office hour is set to Wednesday 2-4.
If the time is not convenient for you, you are free to ask for
additional appointments.
- (03/10/04, Wednesday) You guys now need to team up for the
term project. It can be a group of 2 or 3 students, but not smaller nor lager.
A captain will be elected among yourselves. He or she will be
responsible for submitting the team list with everyone's name (in Chinese)
student ID in it as an email to phuang@cc.ee.ntu.edu.tw.

page is updated to contain the exact due date and time of each assignment.
- (03/07/04, Sunday) With everyone's schedule set, we will set
for a common office hour slot this week. The options are Wednesday 12-2,
2-4, 4-6, or Friday 10-2, 12-2, 6-8.

You are welcome to post any question or to share your answer there.
It will be a place you guys can help each other out on your own or
to communicate with the instructor if you can't come to
the office hours.
